In 2019, when the world stood still and doors shut everywhere, two women opened a new one. As the pandemic blurred days into monotony, Rema Gopalakrishna, owner of a corporate gifting company, found herself restless. She had spent decades building businesses for others — now, confined at home, she wanted to create something just for the joy of it.
She turned to her kitchen, experimenting with baking and frozen desserts. What began as a way to beat boredom soon became a revelation. Her family, friends, and relatives couldn’t stop raving about her ice creams — the richness, the natural flavours, the sheer delight they felt in every bite.
